Prepare the Package
Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely placed inside the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
